How ordering on Flexpanel works: delivery, guarantees, the difference between Premium and non-premium services, boosts, API and payments. We are a direct Telegram provider — the accounts are ours, so the answers below are about what we actually do, not what a supplier promised us. Orders usually start within an hour of payment and are delivered gradually rather than all at once. For members and boosts — a public channel or group link, or an invite link for a private one. For bot starts — the bot username (@bot) or a t.me/bot link; the bot must be public and respond to /start. Finish the first order before placing the next one on the same link, so the delivered count stays easy to check against what you ordered. Order history shows the current stage of your order — queued, in progress or finished. Any quantity that could not be delivered is refunded automatically to your balance. Whatever part of an order is not delivered is refunded automatically to your balance — you do not need to request it. For anything else about a specific order, contact support with the order number. No. Everything is done from our own accounts by link. We never ask for admin rights, bot tokens or logins. The guarantee is the term printed in the service name: for as long as it runs, the accounts keep active Telegram Premium and we top the order back up if subscribers drop. It is a refill guarantee, not a promise about search positions — no provider can guarantee a position, because Telegram does not publish how it ranks. If the count falls during the term, contact support with the order number; the full wording is in the terms of service. For Premium services it is how long Telegram Premium stays active on the accounts — and the refill period: if subscribers or boosts drop within that window, we top the order back up. For non-premium members, the number in the service name is its refill period in days. Refill means we restore drop within the term. Non drop means the audience is not withdrawn by us at all: for Russia Non Drop Premium members the refill runs for as long as the channel is active; for non drop bot starts the users stay in the bot and do not block it. Telegram can still restrict an individual account on its own side, so a small residual is normal on any large order. Two things end at once. Premium expires on the accounts, and any boosts they were holding come off, so Telegram recomputes the level from what is left. Subscribers do not vanish automatically, but some drop away once the badge is gone. If the position or the level has to hold continuously, start the next order while the current term is still running rather than after it lapses. Refill happens automatically within the term — if subscribers or boosts drop, we top the order back up without any action from you. If something looks off, contact support with the order number. Telegram's channel statistics can lag by 1–2 days. Compare the member count on the channel itself, not the stats graph, and check again after the order is completed. Two ways, both on your side. On a channel, open a new subscriber's profile — the Premium badge sits next to the name. On a bot, read the user object your bot receives: Telegram's Bot API sets is_premium on accounts with an active subscription, so you can count them in your own data. We register the accounts and pay for Premium on them ourselves, so there is no supplier in the middle who could substitute regular accounts. Non-premium members are regular accounts: they add subscriber count and social proof at a low price. Premium members carry the badge, view the last posts and show up in stats — and in our tests they are the audience signal that moves a channel in Telegram search. See Premium members and non-premium members. Nobody can promise a position — Telegram does not publish its ranking. What we see in our tests: Premium audience, a channel name that matches the query, a short link, channel age and timing before the search update all matter. The checklist is on the How to get to the TOP page. Telegram recalculates where channels and bots sit for a keyword in bursts rather than continuously — by our observation the gap between recalculations is roughly 8–12 days, and positions barely move in between. The practical rule: the Premium audience should already be on the channel when the next recalculation lands, so place the order early enough for delivery to finish first. What a search update is and what else feeds into ranking is on How to get to the TOP. Match the term to what has to survive it. A short term is a push — enough to land on one re-rank, an ad drop or a launch. A longer term is for holding a position through more than one recalculation, so the audience is still there the next time Telegram looks. Russia Non Drop is the choice when the channel needs a permanent RU audience rather than a timed one. The exact terms on offer are listed on the Premium members page. Telegram recomputes the level from active boosts, and the channel card can lag a little behind delivery. Check that the order shows as completed in your history, then reopen the channel. If the boost count on the channel matches the order and the level still has not moved, the target level simply needs more boosts than were ordered — the boost calculator shows the requirement for your subscriber count. A boost exists only while a Premium account keeps it on the channel, so the term is how long our accounts hold the boost. When it ends, the level is recalculated from the boosts that remain. Terms are listed on the boosts page. They do different jobs. Boosts move the channel level, and the level is what unlocks the channel's extra features. Premium subscribers are the audience signal we see shift positions in our tests. So if the goal is a search position, the budget belongs in Premium members; buy boosts when you want the level itself. Two different jobs. A start brings an account into the bot for the first time, so your user count goes up. A restart sends /start again from accounts already in the bot — the count does not grow; what it refreshes is activity on an audience you already have, which is why it is the cheaper of the two. Choose a restart only when the users are there already; for growth you need starts. Non-premium starts are for volume — the start count itself. Premium starts come from accounts with the badge and, in our tests, behave for bots the way Premium subscribers do for channels. After /start the users keep interacting with the bot — messages and button presses — for 30 days. Plain starts include the /start only. Yes — the standard SMM panel API (services, add order, status, refill, balance). The key and documentation are in your account after registration. Prices through the API are the same as on the site. The site price is already the provider price: the accounts are ours, there is no supplier above us to mark up. Resellers and panels connect through the API at the same rates. The panel runs on a balance: you top it up once in your account, then every order is drawn from that balance. Which methods you see, and any minimum or fee, are shown at the top-up step — they depend on your region, which is why they are not listed here. Undelivered quantity always comes back to the balance. Undelivered quantity is refunded to your balance automatically (partial or cancelled orders). Balance top-ups are not withdrawn back to the payment method — see the terms of service.Telegram SMM panel FAQ
