1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using any of our products, services, or platforms (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein. We reserve the sole discretion to modify, suspend, or terminate these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Any such modifications shall become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.
2. Prohibited Activities and Content Restrictions
The Service is provided strictly for lawful purposes. You are expressly prohibited from using the Service to transmit, distribute, store, or promote any content, data, or material that:

Violation of this Section 2 shall constitute a material breach of these Terms. In such event, we reserve the right, without liability, to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, delete any associated data, and forfeit any prepaid fees or deposits without reimbursement, as such conduct causes irreparable harm to our operational infrastructure, payment processing relationships, and business reputation.
3. Private Links and User-Controlled Content
The Service may incorporate functionality that permits users to generate or utilize private URLs or links ("Private Links") for the purpose of accessing specific content or submitting membership applications.
(a) No Warranty of Control: We do not administer, monitor, or assume any responsibility for the content accessible via Private Links generated by third parties or users. We explicitly disclaim any warranty that we will maintain the integrity, accessibility, or functionality of such links.
(b) User Responsibility: The individual or entity that owns, generates, or controls a Private Link bears sole and exclusive responsibility for any modifications, redirections, or content changes made thereto. We do not provide technical grants, permissions, or administrative access to Private Links controlled by users.
(c) Right to Modify: Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to disable, revoke, or alter access to any Private Link if we reasonably believe such action is necessary to maintain the security, stability, or lawful operation of the Service.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Subject to the limitations set forth in Section 2, we are committed to resolving legitimate concerns regarding the quality of the Service.
(a) Eligibility Period: To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a formal written request to our support department within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of the initial service delivery or purchase (the "Refund Window").
(b) Review Process: Upon receipt of a timely refund request, we shall conduct an internal review of the claim within five (5) business days. We reserve the sole discretion to approve or deny any refund request based on the merits of the claim, including but not limited to verifiable service disruptions, material non-conformance with service descriptions, or documented technical failures attributable to our systems.
(c) Method of Refund: In the event your request is approved, any refund shall be processed exclusively via the original payment method used for the transaction (credit card, digital wallet, or other payment gateway). You acknowledge and accept that the issuing financial institution or payment processor may deduct its own transaction, processing, or currency conversion fees from the refunded amount. Such third-party fees are non-reimbursable and shall be borne solely by you.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of your personal information.
(a) Data Collection and Use: Any personal data, including but not limited to name, email address, billing information, and technical usage logs, collected during registration or through the use of the Service is processed solely for the purposes of: (i) providing, maintaining, and improving the Service; (ii) processing transactions and billing; and (iii) communicating with you regarding service-related updates or support inquiries.
(b) Non-Disclosure to Third Parties: We do not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes, except:
(i) where we have obtained your explicit, prior consent; or
(ii) where such disclosure is compelled by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or a valid court order or subpoena.
(c) Data Security: While we employ commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
